All LUXE orders are handled with the same care and attention that goes into our products. Every parcel is carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT+1) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces may require additional lead times — estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout and confirmed by email.

We deliver to over 90 countries worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Tracking typically activates within 2–4 hours of dispatch.
You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your LUXE account and navigating to "My Orders".
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the EU, all prices include VAT. No additional charges apply at delivery.
For international orders outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in LUXE's prices or shipping costs.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering. We are unable to refund duties or taxes paid to customs authorities.
6. Delivery & Signature Requirement
All LUXE parcels require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will:
- Leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
- Attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to our warehouse.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at hello@luxe.com with your order number.
- For lost parcels, we will open an investigation with the courier. If the parcel cannot be located within 5 business days, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
- For damaged parcels, please photograph the damage before opening and send the images to us. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Our Packaging
Every LUXE order is packaged with the same care and craftsmanship as our products. Items are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and placed in our signature black box, sealed with a gold LUXE ribbon. The outer shipping carton is discreet and unmarked for privacy.
We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. All our packaging materials are either recycled, recyclable, or FSC-certified. We continuously work to minimise plastic use across our supply chain.
