1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LUXE website located at luxe.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• Order Confirmation: Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment made, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. LUXE does not store your full payment card details.

By providing your payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method and authorise us to charge the total amount for your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of LUXE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on this Site without our express written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to refer disputes to an online dispute resolution platform via the European Commission's ODR platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
