At LUXE, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- In their original, unworn, unwashed condition.
- With all original tags, garment bags, and packaging intact.
- Free from perfume, cosmetics, deodorant, or any other marks.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a reduced refund at our discretion.
2. How to Return
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your LUXE account and navigate to "My Orders". Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose your reason. Alternatively, email us at returns@luxe.com with your order number.
Receive Your Label
We will email you a prepaid returns label within 2 business hours. Print the label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping labels.
Pack and Post
Pack your items carefully in the original LUXE box (or equivalent sturdy packaging). Drop the parcel at any authorised courier drop-off point shown on your label.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 3 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation.
3. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To exchange:
- Follow the same return process and note your preferred replacement in the return request.
- We will reserve the replacement item while your return is in transit.
- If your preferred item is not available, we will process a full refund instead.
For limited-edition or made-to-order pieces, exchanges may not be possible. Please contact us before initiating a return if you are unsure.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and approving your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
- Refunds will be in the original currency of purchase.
- If you paid with gift credit or a promotional code, these will be restored to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or bespoke reasons:
- Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery.
- Bespoke or made-to-measure pieces.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers.
- Items that have been altered, repaired, or customised.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@luxe.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at our expense, including return shipping. We may ask you to return the item before issuing a replacement.
7. International Returns
International returns are accepted under the same 30-day policy. Return shipping is free for all international orders. Please note:
- Customs and import duties on the returned parcel are our responsibility — do not mark returns as gifts.
- International refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement due to international banking processes.
- All refunds will be issued in the currency in which you originally paid.
