Orders

Browse our collection and click on any product to view details. Select your colour and size, then click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, click the bag icon in the top right to review your cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for a faster experience.

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@luxe.com within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to make changes, but you can return the item once received.

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. This email includes your order number, a summary of the items ordered, and the delivery address. If you don't receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Yes. All LUXE orders are packaged beautifully as standard in our signature black box with gold ribbon. For an additional personalised touch, you can add a handwritten gift card message at checkout. Simply select "This is a gift" and enter your message — we'll include a handwritten card at no extra charge.
