You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. This email includes your order number, a summary of the items ordered, and the delivery address. If you don't receive this within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes. All LUXE orders are packaged beautifully as standard in our signature black box with gold ribbon. For an additional personalised touch, you can add a handwritten gift card message at checkout. Simply select "This is a gift" and enter your message — we'll include a handwritten card at no extra charge.
Shipping
Yes — we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $500, to any destination worldwide. The free shipping threshold is applied automatically at checkout.
Domestic orders (France & EU) typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders take 5–10 business days for standard shipping, or 2–4 business days for express. All estimates are from the date of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Yes, we ship to over 90 countries worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All orders over $500 qualify for complimentary standard international shipping. See our Shipping Policy for the full list of rates and regions.
For orders within the EU, all prices include VAT — no additional charges apply. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. See our full Returns Policy for details.
To initiate a return, log in to your LUXE account, go to "My Orders", and select the item you wish to return. Alternatively, email returns@luxe.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid returns label within 2 business hours.
Once we receive your return and confirm the item's condition (usually within 3 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, though this may vary by bank.
Yes — we offer free size and colour exchanges subject to availability. Simply note your preferred replacement when initiating your return. We'll reserve the replacement item while your return is in transit. If the desired item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Sizing & Fit
LUXE garments are cut in European sizing with a generally slim, tailored fit. Each product page includes fit notes — for example, whether a piece runs large, small, or true to size. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up, especially for structured pieces like suits and coats.
Yes — our size guide is available on each product page under the "Size Guide" link. It includes measurements in both centimetres and inches, and covers chest, waist, hip, and inseam measurements for clothing, and foot length and width for footwear.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for outerwear and structured pieces (suits, blazers, coats) and sizing down for knitwear and jersey pieces. For footwear, if you're between sizes we recommend going up. Our personal stylists are also available to advise — email us at hello@luxe.com.
Yes, bespoke and made-to-measure services are available for selected tailoring pieces. Please contact us at bespoke@luxe.com or visit one of our flagship stores to arrange a consultation. Lead times for bespoke orders are typically 6–10 weeks.
Products & Materials
Care instructions are printed on the garment label and listed on each product page. As a general rule: silk pieces should be hand-washed or dry-cleaned; cashmere and wool pieces should be dry-cleaned or hand-washed in cold water and laid flat to dry; linen pieces may be machine-washed on a delicate cycle at low temperature. Always store pieces folded or on padded hangers in a cool, dry wardrobe.
Yes. We are committed to ethical sourcing and production. All LUXE manufacturing partners are subject to regular ethical audits covering wages, working conditions, and environmental standards. We are a signatory to the Fashion Pact and are working toward full supply-chain transparency and carbon neutrality by 2030.
Our garments are made in Italy, France, Portugal, and Japan — countries with long traditions of exceptional textile craftsmanship. Our shoes are hand-crafted in workshops in Florence and Northamptonshire. Our jewellery is made in Valencia, Spain. We never use factories that do not meet our ethical and quality standards.
We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor calibration and lighting conditions in photography, the colour you see on screen may differ slightly from the physical product. If you're unsure about a colour, please contact us and we'll arrange for a physical swatch to be sent to you.
Account & Security
No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your wishlist, and manage returns. You can also store multiple delivery addresses for faster future checkouts.
